Do I have to know what services I want before booking an appointment?

No, we are here to help by customizing every treatment to your individual skin needs.  If this is your first visit with Skyler Paige Skincare and you don’t know what treatment would be best for your skin, you can begin by scheduling your appointment for a New Client Custom Facial at our special introductory price that is only available to first-time visitors! This treatment includes a full consultation and skin analysis and gives us time to get to know your skin and what your goals are and we will plan your next, most beneficial treatment from there.

Can you accommodate fat folks?

Skyler Paige Skincare is a fat-positive environment and we intentionally designed the space to be comfortable for people of all shapes and sizes!  Our studio currently has equipment that can accommodate up to 550 pounds and carries robes/wraps in sizes Small - 4XL. Feel free to bring your own robe/wrap if you’d be more comfortable.

Can my friend and I get treatments done at the same time?

No, Skyler Paige Skincare is a business owned and run by Skyler Paige as a solo esthetician. All treatments are performed by Skyler, so while we can accommodate 2 people who want to go one after the next, both cannot get services at the same time. If you are planning on bringing a guest who wants to receive a treatment, please be sure that you have both booked appointments. Any guests who are not receiving treatments will not be allowed into the studio. 

Can you accommodate appointments outside of your regular hours?

Yes! Please email for special request.

Is it okay if I don’t know anything about skincare and have never had a facial before?

Of course! No need to feel intimidated, we welcome all and are here to help you meet your skin goals, whatever they may be.

Is your studio in a wheelchair accessible space?

Yes! We are located on the first floor, no stairs or steps.  The entrance and internal doors are all ADA compliant and the treatment room was designed as an intentionally accessible space that we are always able and willing to arrange to meet clients’ needs!

Unfortunately, there is not a wheelchair-accessible restroom on site, so please plan accordingly.

Will there be downtime after my service?

It depends on the treatment you have done. If it is your first appointment, there will not be downtime as I do not perform advanced treatments during the first visit.

In order to receive a level 3 treatment, clients must be on Lira Clinical home care products for at least 2 weeks prior to the treatment in order to ensure the best results and to ensure that they’re safely receiving advanced exfoliation so that any possible risks can be minimized.

Can you come to me for services?

Yes, I do offer limited in-home services at an additional cost. Please reach out for additional information.

Do I have to do anything before my appointment or bring anything with me? 

The only thing that you need to do prior to your appointment is fill out the consultation forms.

You can fill them out and email them or you can print them out and bring them with you to your appointment.

Besides that, the only thing required is your form of payment which can be done with cash, card, or contact-less online payment that you can easily send from your phone.

Are your services gendered?

We strive to make our studio a safe, comfortable, and inclusive space for people of all genders including trans and non-binary folks.

Your consultation form will include a space to list your pronouns and any preferences you may have.

Is pricing gender based?

No! Pricing is dependent on the service rendered and is the same for all humans.

Can you accommodate larger parties?

If you’re interested in booking a larger group for a facial party, spa get together, small bachelor/bachelorette/wedding party, etc I can currently accommodate up to 4 people and bring in an additional esthetician so that we can each work on one person, then switch and do treatments on the other 2 guests. Once Covid-19 is no longer a concern we will be able to accommodate larger parties. Feel free to reach out with any questions or to book a party date.
